Very nice explanation sir. As you said that four people are required to sign the disability certificate. Is it mandatory? Second, My district civil hospital doesn't have certified C/R Psychologist. They referred children to me for IQ and asd assessment. I am RCI certified rehabilitation psychologist working in NGO. But they ever call me for sign on disability certificate. Please Clarify me, sir.

I would wanna get assesed, there is a famous center near me NIEPID, Secunderabad, however I am 21 and I am afraid of how they would react, would they reject me cuz I came for the first time, possibly thinking that i am somehow trying to get reservation?
