Thank you very much for your compliment. I totally agree with you. It is important not to care about what people think, so you can be who you want to be. And then you will eventually find true friends, who love you for who you are for real.

Our eyes must give our autism away sometimes..lv been slighted more times than l can count by ppl..it has made me cold and hard to a degree.. My biggest fear is being old and lonely..but lm afraid to let anybody too close to me..cuz l know how ppl are..

It is difficult either way Andy. If you decide to be a people pleaser then betrayal/pain may be yours. If you opt out socially, like me, then being alone is surely the outcome. The autistic solution GET USED TO IT. Realities of life ~~> getting sicker/older/dying, the few loved ones you have either die leave or abandon you, aging autistics likely become more autistic becoming accustomed to their routines, making others even less likely to fit in with you ~~~ GET USED TO IT or make huge compromises ~~~

You're most likely neither. I know it seems exciting to join a club, but don't give yourself a life sentence. It's like getting a tatoo on your face.

I'm so sorry for my late reply. No, there's not really a risk to that as far as I know.

I didn't really go to a gender identity clinic. But I did know that it could have been an issue with getting the top surgery covered. I think I was lucky though, because I have heard of other autistic transgenders and for them it took a lot longer to get on T or to get surgery because doctors thought it was just their autism.

@@CM-qy2fm When you bring it up yourself, they know you put some real thought into it, and that you're smart enough to know and feel the difference.

@@RemrovsWorldofArtandAutism how come you never had to get evaluated?

@@crypto1upteam750 What do you mean exactly? For my mastectomy I had to go to a psychologist for 6 months (even though I had seen psychologists etc for many years already growing up about my autism and gender related struggles), and he had to write a letter so it could be approved. Then another psychologist also had to write another letter. These two letters were also good enough to start with testosterone.

What is your next step, what do you want? Top surgery?
