I may also be autistic since I used to walk on the balls of my feet a lot. Fair warning: If you walk like that for a long time I’ve heard it can cause gnarly joint problems. That’s the only reason I stopped, not the autisticness

Stav was so worried about was that because he walks on the balls of his feet, which is why his calves are so big, he's essentially calf raising 300 pounds everytime he takes a step

That seems to mostly be a thing in the US. In certain South-American and Asian countries it seems different. I've personally in my country only ever met a FtM trans guy, just thought he was gay untill that was revealed.
