I hope Ian had a great birthday! Camping and hiking and backpacking stuff has also been a bit of a special interest for me since I was a kid. I definatly got a lot of interesting survival books for christmases growing up.

My Birthday is coming up next week on Thursday on September 14’ of 2023 and I am turning 18 years Old I am going to be an adult. I am going to have Lemon Cake on Thursday night later when my mom goes to pick up my cake for my Birthday’ and I am going to have Teriyaki Madness for Dinner on my Birthday on Thursday next week’ and I am going to Open Presents on my Birthday on Thursday next week. For me as a 65 yea-old Autistic, my 15th Birthday was half a century ago. My Autistic Mom also had the same birthday. That day 50 years ago she took a psychotic mental fit on my 15th Birthday. I had to just take-off down the street to get away from her for a while. Being Autistic myself, having me in the same room as my Autistic Mom was like mixing Matter and Antimatter on the Starship Enterprise. Oh! her Dad, my Maternal Grandpa was also Autistic. He was also mentally insane like my Mom. 3 Generations of Autism...Genetic. Only I was spared psychotic mental illness as a person on the Autism Spectrum.
My step sisters kid has become more destructive as a teen. He’s like 17 or 18 now. The testosterone spikes can make him aggressive and dangerous. He has functional autism borderline something else. Meds work temporarily, but side effects make it useless. Speaking facts, not trying to criticize.

@@blakeexaviar9370 I’m 23 and also autistic. I don’t know what I’d score, but I know it’ll be hard. I actually went to a zoom meeting a few years ago as to why learning to drive can be hard for autistic people

Does Ian kinda treat Jack like a big brother? I can tell he is much more higher functioning. If so, that’s very respectful of him, I would imagine some of Jack’s behaviors could annoy Ian, or meltdown
