MVP is pretty cool not gonna lie, but I’m hardly disappointed for autosmite. In my opinion jng is a hard role to master, and is also really important in every game, riot don’t need to make it more “easy” just because 70% of the player that play jungle don’t know how to use smite properly.

I feel like they could've implement it when jungler left the game. So the champion who deals the most damage on that team will be assigned with auto smite to make it easier to secure objective. It's just frustrating when your jungle afk and you just hopelessly watching enemy team took objective knowing you have very small chance to secure it.

I'll quit the game if they add this on global

autosmite is weird. it's good for clearing jungle camps. but (imo) bad for securing epic monster. and sometimes, as jungler u can win 1vs3 situation bcs u can refill your hp bar by using smite to random minion/monster without intention to kill it.

The manual smite is what makes jungler fun and special. Even you can win the game without getting any dragon, it's about how your team play. This will make the game less fun imo.

Imo this will finally make WR feel like a truly casual experience. If they don't revert this change after like a year ill have to retire too. Timing smites right is one of the only things that makes jungling fun to me, so i don't mind going back to maining adc and support, but its not as engaging

I'll quit the game if it gets implemented in global. Auto-smite on ranked just takes the skill away from the game, and obviously this game is a skill-based game. Auto-smite also means JG could no longer smite jungle creeps to get some health back while fighting some enemy. Or even smite the enemy to slow them down or to deal damage if the are far away from your attack range. Just keep the auto-smite on modes that aren't ranked or PVP like urf or ultimate spellbook. It just adds more chaos and more fun there.

I think auto-smite is an overkill for jg, and I don't think it will make it a more popular role.

As a jungle main i think as this as a bad bad change, the sole purpose of jungle role is meant to have a difficult learning curved, with this change, it just removed the whole difficulty curved thing and make it friendly to new first time jungler to learn, as for experienced junglers, this is a broken change just think about it, jungler can clear faster than usual and can gank you with extra spell in hand (im including exhaust and ignite here because it make sense to take as a jungler) so that in hand, the laner may feel more pressure and may be more frustrated with this change, that is all my thoughts on this change.

From my experiment in urf and spellbook, this thing is a nightmare, you guys think auto smite will make your game easy? Wrong, your game will 2x hard when you want to take obj, when i take dg in urf the enemy still can stole dg, and if this thing got release trust me no one will open dg untill 1 of the jg got kill

Jungle is already easy, you can waste as much time and resources as you want You can just full-clear and you're back , say easier

I can understand if it's only for rapid fire only but on normal/ranked mode, no. Because if your opponent picks a champ that has Empowered/skill % bonus dmg on monsters like nunu or Warwick... 95% at the time you will not secure that obj. Hell ppl nowadays pick whoever the f**k they want like Annie jg so yeah...

Naw, we do not need auto smite. That's shits bugged to all hell. It's broken when you get a champ with some sort of dot damage. Teemo, morgana, brand, twitch. If they have auto smite, good luck actually getting any dragons or Barron's

Quite disagree with the autosmite features just like the rest of people in the comment section its just make no sense and indeed what makes jungler fun to play is because of the smite. If they really add the auto smite theres no more stealing for losing teams and it will make the team who own the epic monster area more advantageous, theres no such a competition again at baron/ dragon

They're just killing the jungle role at this point. Auto Smite Feature is only fun when it's on events. It doesn't really make any sense for me that they have to implement this thing in the whole game.

I think there should be a feature where if one team turned it off then the other team cant turn it on too, and vice versal. Then it will be fair, but lets be real, diamond tier and below will turn it on everytime cuz they dont know how to smite.
