I loved Autobiography of a Yogi. I read it in, I think 1978. His views on avatars was very interesting. Where he calls Jesus an avatar could well have been my favorite part and how we could see God as a Chrsna.

I am here Yogananda. I come in the love of God, your brother in Christ. Be still that you may feel the Presence of God. This is great wisdom and yet you see everything is in motion. From planets to the atoms and molecules in your body, from the microcosmic to the macro all is alive. Your heart is beating, your brain is active and there are millions of interactions going on within and without at the very least. And yet, when you bring your heart and the longings in your souls to this circle there is a great stillness. There is a beautiful light descending from heaven on each one. It is only required that you ask, that you allow God to fill you with His love in the stillness of this moment, in Grace and in peace. When thoughts arise, allow the love to dissolve any distance, any doubt. Allow your heart to open that you may blossom in the blessing of this space, this sacred circle, this lattice of light embracing the world. Send love, be love, speak love, sing love, walk in love, work in love, rejoice in love. Awake in gratitude for this great gift is yours, is mine, is for all for the asking. Be still. Have you looked at Kashmir Shaivism, there seems to be many Gurdjieffian ideas there, especially Shiva being consciousness that is aware of itself, called Vimarsha or reflective awareness & Tanmayata the-consisting-of-that-ness or identification, & also Pratyabhijna or recollection. Also recommend "The Heart of Yoga Developing a Personal Practice" by T.K.V. Desikachar, which has an interesting take on Kundalini, similar to Kundabuffer, which I think is also related to Descates evil demon & Eliphas Levi's Baphomet/Astral Light.

In this marriage of mind and soul comes a deep awakening of the individual in all aspects and potentials, both of soul and mind, coming together in harmony, realizing the depth and wonderment of the human potential, what God has created and what is possible in their expression. For many of you, you have a deep struggle to find this equilibrium of your two selves. This is a noble struggle, one that is not often taken by a mortal for they are too distracted by the conditions of your world and too involved in the conscious mindful actions of everyday life. To go deeper and beyond this reality that has been created by man is a path rarely taken in your world. Yet indeed some brave souls continue to forge ahead to seek deeper meaning and truth in life. My beloved and beautiful friends, I salute your efforts. I see amongst you a sincerity, a fervency in your spiritual life and you do indeed seek the Source of All, seeking to nourish that deeper part that is your soul. May you continue to do so and as you grow in what you call the Divine Love, may you continue to awaken in ways that will astound you and in ways that may be of great benefit to your brothers and sisters in this world. Much can be given through an instrument awakened in Love. Much insight and Truth is available to a soul that is integrated with the mind in this way. It is important that you continue to seek the balance, to live your life in balance and love. Do not over-tax any part of your being for balance is important. Accept the gift of the mind, encourage the gift of the soul, bring together these two gifts in one conscious way that will bring forth deep truth, powerful insights, all enlivened by love. You are well on your way my friends. We in the Celestial Kingdom who live together in harmony and joy and light, forever seeking greater knowledge and truth and love, support you my brothers and my sisters upon this journey for you are needed. Humanity requires those who are strong and brave and clear in their insights, in their desires to serve, to know and to experience the Truth of Divine Touch. Yeah thanks for reviewing , you are the best, have u read autobiography of a Himalayan yogi by SRI M he has u tube channel called satsang foundation he is also from direct lineage of mahaavtar babaji and Lehri mahsaya , but it's a new one written in 2011or 13 , it's al great read with aliens story descending to earth , u may give it a try I have read both but like Sri m one more.

Hinduism is actually sanatana dharma (eternal principles) never a religion, it is said soul is a part of ishvara( Matrix of universal knowlege) , vishnu is proton, brahma is electron, shiva is neutron basically it is all science, everything is a matrix of energies, shiva and devatas are all energies, 33 crore devtas are energies of the universe with consciousness, om or Aum is said to be sound of universe, recently scientists heard gravitational wave sound which sounded exactly that, hindus accept every way and philosophy towards divine is truth not only devotion it can be through karma(actions)🙏.

It is said that brahma came from vishnu Meaning: electron came from proton. Proton-vishnu- property is rajasic Electron- brahma( said to be universe with, four heads represent 4 vedas and the access is upto 4th dimension which the beings in this universe can access) property is sattvic. Shiva- neutron- property is lethargy (tamas). We know about jesus and admire him after all jesus didnt preach christianity, buddha didnt teach buddhism, krishna didnt teach hinduism that is how hindu's view him in a mystical way, we need to follow great personalities and that is all.

This is all great but he sounds a lot more like a magician of the body than a person who acheived full consciousness. The fact that hundreds of celebrities love is not really an attractive selling point for me.

Inside your book does it have an opening by Daya Mata? Yours looks real but if it says the publisher is Crystal Clarity Publications? He's a false prophet, shite on Yogananda & he was thrown out from being the next leader to out forever. Daniel Walters is his name, don't associate with his business.
