suppose elevation between two contour lines is 1m. To obtain 10% grade the length of alignment joining two contour lines would be 10m. So we should fit 10 m line between all the contour lines. I just want to know if there are any tools that we can use to make it easier or even automatic.

Ahmed Sayeed it's so simple and easy. You just send me your centerline coordinates and I will give complete designed road with required slope and quantities and also with cross sections.
