The problem with Power Automate like you mentioned is that you need a user with a full licence to create it in his account. Its not a tenant bound thing like Intune. So as a MSP, you have to use someone from the tenant and hope they dont go and mess with it and remember if they ever leave.
I still don't see the option to use the connection in the imported Power App file, I will add the license "Power Automate Premium" to see after it, I can use the existing connection to continue with the lab presented by Nick. I will inform results. I never work with Power Automate, I am new on it.
Thank you for this beautiful explanatory video. But please consider this scenario. User1, User2 and User3 have submitted an (accepted) demand to go abroad (outside the US). User1 is going to Italy from September 10 to 20. User2 is going to France from September 15 to 25. User3 is going to Italy from September 15 to 25. Questions (3). 1) it's September 12, are User2 and User3 still limited to the US only ? 2) it is September 22, is User1 limited to the US only while User2 is limited to France only and User3 limited to Italy only ? 3) it is September 18, are User1 and User3 limited to Italy only while User2 is limited to France only ?

Would this work with a power automate free license assigned to the user/service account? Also, shouldn't this work if you have a partner tenant with GDAP permissions to your client tenants? I think power automate supports cross-tenant access.
MS Flow has a max run duration of 30 days. If the end user books their leave to early, this flow will fail. Same is true if their return date is too far in the future. What happens if the return date is +30 days in the future? Will the user account be left indefinitely in the temporary travel group?
Hi. When I tried testing it, it always go to "No" after the condition even if I choose the approved country. Perhaps something wrong on the Condition part, AND > VARIABLES 'APPROVEDCOUNTRIES' contains 'Country you are travelling to'? Can some help me to fix this? Appreciate it so much.
