That´s bad. A real advantage is to have contact ourselves with all business partners. That is where you can make a difference with competitors, not with an automated reply.
Well as you could see, I was reviewing the answers of the AI, it just saved me the time I needed to draft the reply. I can always adjust it if it doesn't go in the direction I want. I find it to be the perfect semi-automated solution.
