Excellent tutorial, just what I've been looking for. I have used Excel and VBA previously to create similar app but I need to use Google Sheets to allow access on mobile devices and have never used Apps Script. I have subscribed and look forward to the remaining tutorials in this series. Thank You.

I tried making similar sheet with clear and submit button the sheet works fine in laptop but its not working in mobile device . Is there any way I can make it work in mobile device also?

The error is telling your that the function named "submitData" doesn't exist in your script. There could be a typo, or scoping problem. Can't tell without looking at script itself.

I'm able to do all the steps and apart from Submit button, everything else is working as expected. Can you please help me on - after clicking on Submit button data is not being stored in the database sheet although I have declared the variable as you said?

@TheDataLabs Searchrecord only gets certain value if its exactly match not if it has different format like upper case. Can you share the code to fix that?

In my Database Sheet, I have columns that are formulated based from another column. For example, "Age" Column has age formula based on the Birthdate Column. The Birthdate Column is a data to be inputed from the form, but not the age. How can we skip the Age Column when the new data is saved from the form to the Database Sheet? :)

I'm add a message dynamic column..and it's get data from other columns and make message dynamicly.. But the problem I'm faced, when ever a new response record it can't follow my dynamic message formula... Can you help out me. ???
