We have designed and built a fully autonomous medical bottle line. After the bottles are blow molded, they convey to our system. This video clip highlights a 6-axis Epson robot grabbing bottles (from 2 different mirrored positions) and orienting and placing them into custom Flex-Link pallets. There are two different bottles that we are running - all quick-change, toolless changeover tooling along with a simple recipe button on the HMI makes model changes seamless.
