Automated Wetcast System 

An automated wetcast system shown here manufacturing interlocking garage panels. The dosing is based on weight dispensed and has a unique spar hopper for applying the spar at a steady rate. The mould handler is totally automatic and stacks the filled mould before bringing a cured mould to the unique demoulding station. The demoulder can be altered to suit various different products.
