A team at the Scripps Research Institute in Jupiter, Fla., reported that a compound they had created and injected into obese mice increased activation of a protein called REV-ERB, which is known to partially control animals’ circadian rhythms and internal biological clocks.
Unexpectedly, the treated mice also began using more oxygen throughout the day and expending about 5 percent more energy than untreated mice, even though they were not moving about more than the other animals.The drug, it seemed, was providing them with a workout, minus the effort.
The fields in this audio, will work towards doing the same for you. (It activates and stimulates both Rev-erbα and Rev-erbβ throughout your body but mainly in the muscles)
It will also increase the natural amount of irisin in your body, which is something that increases in your body with the more exercise you do.

Did you give any thoughts to the fact that because your loosing weight the poison that were stored in the fat cells are let loose in your body to make you sick? Drink lots of water to flush it out, might prevent you from becoming sick again

Thank you so much, I'm tired of hearing and feeling my knees cracking each time I do a squat (i'm in my early 20's lol). Now I can have my workout without waking my roommate and focus on exercises which goes easier on my joints (I keep jumping rope too but not every day)

I use this one and the leg and upper body and feet and calves and stomach shrinkung and toning. My whole body is getting stronger and more toned. And I am able to walk better and go up and down stairs. I don't know about weight los as I don't have a scale, but all my clothes are very loose

@Mironova.14 I listen 3 to 5 times each and 3 videos per day. For example: Upper Body Workou 3x, Stomach Shrinking and Toning 3x and then Cardio 5 X that I'll be one day's workout.

Yes, this gives a full-body workout. If you want to work body parts separately, use upper body, legs, calves and feet, glutes, and hip flexors. I don't think the core workout is uploaded yet. I use all of them

You don't HAVE TO listen an x amount of times. Every person reacts different, but logic states that if you don't want your muscles screaming for mercy, you build it up gradually. Just like in real life

O ato de meditação apenas tem o propósito de nos aquietar em um estado de paz e serenidade, em que nos tornamos receptivos à Palavra de Deus se desdobrando e se revelando em e como nossa Consciência. Cada um de nós tem muitos momentos, durante o dia e a noite, em que pode permanecer na Palavra de Deus e meditar sobre a Verdade: pode ser apenas uma pausa momentânea durante o nosso trabalho, antes das refeições, enquanto caminha, dirige ou descansa. Se acordarmos durante a noite, podemos passar esse tempo com Deus e encontrar descanso em sua Paz. Enquanto habitamos em Deus, nenhum senso de mal pode chegar à nossa morada.

This has absolutely nothing to do with weight loss, and doesn't help people lose weight. All this does is target the muscles and help u exercise. It will make you more tone, and help build muscle. This does NOT aid in weight loss.

​@@LucasAlves-gw3ic I try to use this for that yes, and it really helps when eating the proper amount of food. I actually got insane gains a few years ago using this and increasing my calorie intake. I had an amazing booty and a really toned body, nice arms and shoulders. and my tummy was ripped. I've been using this again after going through a lot of things to get back where I used to be. It has truly been a miracle using this frequency
