Automatic line to manufacture square 17 lt or 18 lt cans. Can bodies horizontal position change to vertical through "V" shape magnetic conveyor. Vertical can-body cylinders feed to the assembling line with chain drive conveyor. Air operated tic-toc synchronization delivery can bodies to the walking beam (feed-bar) transfer system. All axes linked together and controlling by MOTION technology by SIMOTION of SIEMENS. Control of the line with HMI touchscreen. Automatic can-height adjustment. Automatic speed adjustment. Synchronized cylindrical cans indexed according to the welding space before expanding. Expanding tool is driven by servo-link-drive mechanical press. Paneling is also driven by servo-link-drive press. Paneling patterns are quick and easily changeable according to the end-user need or preference. Thanks to squeeze flange for proper double seam. Rigid and solid seaming head has options of 4 or 6 sets of seaming rollers for double or triple seaming. Double of triple seam preference should have decided earlier than order placement. Seaming head equipped with servo-driven bottom-end / top feeder to the seaming chuck. Bottom-ends separated by the cut-off rollers which are under the magnetic buffer type down-stacker. Optionally automatic magnetic bottom-end elevator & feeder to the down-stacker for easy control and watch of the line with single operator. Servo control turnover of bottom seamed cans for top seaming. Top seaming same as bottom seaming
