Automatic Fill Out Word Document with Python 

Do you have an example for me to better understand? I sounds like that it would be similar, instead of already having the exact placeholders in the json file like me, a search and replace using regex. So replacing everything that matches your regex with a placeholder.

@@jonasku its not about only gaps or blanks There could be multiple factors in a document which could be needed to be filled like checkboxes How would someone enable a checkbox

@@ashishjaddu1823 currently python-docx does not include checkboxes or formfields. I also had to fill out checkboxes and text field for my work. I used docx-form, but I built on top of it myself for my job as it only had richtextfields but not the simple text fields that I needed.
