BTD Technics B.V. from the Netherlands can offer three different types of firewood processors for professional use in forestry, which can be connected to different vehicles.
The two different types are the PROcompact and PROplus (before ZKA-serie) and have optimal characteristics to process many varieties from round logs to firewood. The picking and unloading location of the wood product can be arbitrary. Ergonomically, the work can be performed by one person, including a driver. The BTD machines are very robust and suitable for logs up to a maximum length of 4.00 meter and a maximum cut-off length of 50 cm. The nominal press force is 13 to 20 tonnes with a 4 / 6 / 8 / 12-fold adjustable splitter. The operation for the PROcompct is with joysticks. The PROplus is additionally equipped with an automatic function and a hydraulic adjustable splittingknife. These machines are CE marked and the components used are from renowned European quality brands.
