I'm no legal expert but what is happening certainly does warrant the discussion on whether or not any of our public servants are committing an act of treason against this country.

You are absolutely right - Mattie McGrath as a TD always has the best interests of his constituency at heart God bless him. This is followed closely by fighting for the best interests of all Irish citizens. He is a true Irish patriot with many other politicians just "TAKING THE SOUP". Shame on them. My main comment on migrants and aspiring asylum seekers is this: 1. If you arrive at ann Irish Port or airport without identification papers you must be arrested and charged with a serious offence. On conviction they must be jailed for a reasonable time. 2. On release, they should be immediately deported back to their country of origin. 3. If this is implemented it would disincentivise foreigners from travelling without official papers. 4. All those seeking to come here must use the Irish legal system to avoid breaking the law.

Taxes don't pay for migrants, who told you it did... no one as that's a fact citizen just assume. Learn by research, Ireland is paid around 1.5 million euro to take each migrant in, and promise their country of origin to look after them. The EU claim the value back in mineral wealth over many many years. Not 1p of Irish taxes goto migrants.
My brother(a working tax paying Irish man) was the victim of a hit and run two years ago by a scumbag. He might never walk properly again. He has been refused a medical card twice now. This is sickening.
So was my brother(a victim of a hit and run) came very close to losing his foot, had to have surgery on the ankle, but manged to keep the foot.....i've noticed a serious decline in driving standards the last few years, i can say driving in limerick is like driving in Calacutta.....
Same with my brother, has severe epilepsy, on 13 pills a day, can't work as he has constant blackouts, lost his disability allowance, can't get a medical card, started working at 14 and now entitled to nothing, so very unfair to the Irish people ,

When I've travelled into EU countries I get a medical card, it means if I go to a hospital I get priority treatment from that hospital over the citizens, all because the hospital claims top dollar price from my government to look after me.. This is the same thing. When you make assumptions you make an ass of yourself.
So i go work 40 to 50 hour's a week and have to pay,a small fortune to see a doctor but any criminal who enters my country gets to see the sane doctor for free . I want to stop my taxes as this is criminal

When really the government sits them down and first question is, where do you come from... So papers have no use or need. There is many many piss poor places across the globe, yet you will find the vast number of migrants all come from the same few countries. When in reality if Ireland was so open and free you should see people from a wide range of nations my friend. Look at your government as a business, and a business needs money to exist. Does no one suspect that it’s dodgy - coach loads of military age men, no women or families? They could have convictions for violent or sexual abuse crimes and get a free pass into Ireland. They are economic migrants not refugees and have researched the benefits system. Irish people can’t get free medical cards why should they. International law clearly states that refugees should seek asylum in the very first country they come to so how are they allowed to break international law and pass through 4/5 and more countries?

I've qualified for the State Pension recently. I pay €100 per month to my GP and my medicines cost €160. Not eligible for medical card as my wife has a job. 45 years contributing tax and PRSI to this state as man and boy. People coming in here who have never contributed and possibly never will. They are entitled to the bare minimum if anything. Economic migrants who are arriving here from safe havens. It's treacherous.

Each nation accepts migrants because they are worth around 1.5 million per migrant to your government. No takes goto them, your believing your own narrative that you have never actually bothered to research.
You can’t get on a flight or Ship without paperwork, the courier bringing them in has a record of their documentation…detain them until the records are obtained and deport them!
Before they let you on any plane since 9/11 they take your details, your passport and your photo. Probably audio and video as well. So It should not be too hard to tell someone what nationality they had at boarding time, which could be legal or illegal. Something is very wrong with the official excuse of missing documents.

Asylum 'Seeker' being the ludicrous word in this policy. Only when asylum is granted officially should any benefits such as medical cards, be granted to the person.
Great point. The whole purpose of the original asylum process - under direct provision - was to only give applicants the BARE minimum, as they were NOT actually entitled what an Irish citizen would be UNTIL after they were PROVEN to be a genuine case. The goal being to weed out the chancers, and to make the asylum process an unattractive prospect to those who would abuse the system. But if you dispense with this process, and automatically grant people practically every right on arrival - including housing, health, education, access to the welfare system - even if they clearly have NO grounds to be here, then you are effectively facilitating ILLEGAL immigration through official policy. Our government knows that we have ZERO obligations to those coming from safe countries. They also know that huge numbers are destroying their identifying documentation EN ROUTE - they HAD to have it to get onto the plane on the other side - and that this is a criminal offense that should warrant immediate deportation. But are they taking action? Not a chance. They are enabling it at every possible turn. That tells you everything you need to know. There is a globalist agenda being implemented.

I can see Irish people who have had delayed appointments or treatments and now have a terminal illness getting retribution on those that caused this... When a person has nothing left and knows their time is up, they can be very dangerous indeed.

Economic migrants hop countries until they find the most generous country. It appears we are that country. The Government appears to be very concerned about the welfare of economic migrants and smear any local residents that expresses concern at whats happening. The EU attempt to aportion so many thousands to each member country. They are paying us to clear migrants out of their free-movement Schengen zone. An online post late last year suggested that this 'Human Trafficking Industry' was going a long way towards propping up the Irish economy. We are simply not being told the truth about flooding, mass immigration. I think the EU pays €3,000 for each migrant registered as an IPA. Then more funding flows to support their education and language training, work skills training, interest free loans for vehicles, and for their specialist health care needs after we accept them for permanent settlement. When I got cancer I had to beg and beg to get a medical card, get TDs on to it, give my full accounts (self employed)…it was awful as I was also coming to terms with the diagnosis and beginning treatment.

Ukraine can easily rehome their own people from Ireland. Only a tiny part of Ukraines was affected by war the rest of the country was physically untouched. Meanwhile Ukraines are here taking homes from Irish people. Who is actually being affected by Ukraine war here... it's our own Irish people housing Ukranianian people when they have no obligstion to do so.
Was intended for cheaper labour purposes. The average salary for an office worker was USD 290 per month in Ukraine two years ago, it's a no brainer that Ukrainian people were bought by Ireland to undercut wages in the hospitality and food processing industries
