Fully automatic packaging system for ceramic tile industry, for pallets with maximum size, in length, of 2000 mm currently (2019) in use at the EnergieKer Tile plant in Pavullo nel Frignano MO Italy
The automatic system consists of:
-a pallet centering device, to position the pallets with different dimensions, in width, on the center line of the conveyor;
- top sheet feeder to place a 80my thickness plastic sheet on the top of the load;
- horizontal strapping machine with compactor;
- vertical strapping machine;
- double coil hooding machine;
- shrink hood system with six burners, EU patented.
With up to 1200 mm pallets, it works with four burners. With larger pallets, it works with six burners, automatically.
