The channel 16 is for binding.

@AndrejSturm ya but it's not needed. All my planes bind by just plugging it in with transmitter on. I also make a number for each plane.

I like bind Channel 16 with toggle switch.Good for me.Simple.

@egertkabilattekivi2496 how's it simple. Just turn transmitter on and plug lipo in plane and it binds. Seams more simple and you don't have to waste time setting a switch

@@AndrejSturm Probably not the best idea to use the "bind on channel" feature with these V761 planes. It will be OK if you are on your own BUT, if you are flying with others using the same planes, you might run into trouble. These planes automatically bind their receiver to a single radio ID - IF they are started in the usual order of bound radio on, THEN plane on. If you power up the plane BEFORE you turn its radio on, it will go looking for the first radio that sends a V761 protocol signal. That can often lead to your mates flying your plane too! (Your 1 radio set-up can control any number of V761 planes that bind to it!) To get control BACK onto YOUR radio, you then have to have your plane off, ALL other V761 radios off, then your plane on, then your radio on and you are back in control again. 😉😊
