கரெக்டா ஓட்டணும்.. ரொம்ப race பண்ணினா கியர் ஷிபிட் ஆகாம பவர் increase பண்ணும்.. So top கியர் போகாம 3 or 4 ல ஸ்பீட் increase பண்ணிட்டு 100km ஸ்பீட் க்கு அப்பறம் தான் top கியர் change ஆகும். Obviously mileage குறையும். But manual gear la 40 km ல யே நாம top gear shift பண்ணிருவோம். So நல்ல mileage கிடைக்கும்.
For sure. I own an i20 CVT 2019, just 2 days back in high way i was able to reach 20.2 km/l at a steady speed of managing between 1 - 2 rpm range at higher speeds.
I liked your videos. But this topic is bit debatable. Inside city the AT boxes are not changing gears often but manual is returning good mileage where we operate gears. May be in highways it can match manual but i dont think it will exceed if we have same pattern of driving.
A manual transmission will sooner or later become a thing of the past. I wish the car brands start reducing the prices of the Auto transmission trim levels in India.
In the coming days all will change for CVT automatic,,, these words are coming for a Die Hard Manual Gear Driver,, as in city Bumper to Bumper traffic the gear cars have lost its glory and give us more leg pain peddling the clutch and hand pain by shifting gear from 1st to 2nd nowadays with 20k kms we need to change the gearbox due to constant gear changes n applying the clutch,,so i my self converted to CVT automatic car only if you are in Rural side or drive in high ways you can opt for gear vehicles ,,, :)
No it is not, there is a large portion of difference in getting mileage in manual transmission.i have driven manual transmission for 20years and now riding automatic. Automatic gearbox is designed to shift gears at the respective rpm/speed. In manual i can shift to higher gears at low speed too without meddling the gearbox damage. It is intuitive understanding.
In heavy traffic, most automatic gives very poor mileage than manual. Sir can you explain why? Its mostly technological issues i feel. Agree with your shorts, but it holds good in highways and less congested areas only.
When waiting in traffic signal, can someone from outside open the door by pressing the keyless entry button which is placed outside? The key is inside the car. So will it unlock all doors
I don't think so. Since the keys are inside the car, the car's sensor will detect keys are inside, and the central locking system would be enabled. And also you will have a car in D/Drive mode. When it's Drive Mode, all door are locked.

Sir, is automatic cars production getting impacted due to chips shortage. I booked baleno automatic on March month. Dealer is saying that they are not getting any automatic cars from Maruti...is this a genuine reason?
Seriously...I don't think so..I have experienced jazz cvt..never got more than 14kmpl .whether light throttle to 100 or heavy foot throttle to 100..meanwhile manual provides more ..
below 40kmph automatically Cruise cut aagidum. if u did gearshift from 5th to 1st in 100kmph, engine load adhigamagum, and Gear box adi vaangum. Don't try this.
Also, the gearing ratios are different. Better explained in a video by Jason Cammisa from Hagerty. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_BH-N8t_1Fc.html
