Wool Warping Machine is a specialized device used in the textile industry to prepare wool yarn for weaving. Warping is the process of arranging yarns in parallel order to form a warp beam, which is then used in the weaving process. The machine helps streamline this process, ensuring consistency and efficiency
How a Wool Warping Machine Works
Loading the Creel: Yarn spools or cones are placed on the creel.
Threading the Yarn: Yarns are threaded through the tensioning device and guide rollers.
Setting Up the Drum/Beam: The warping drum or beam is set up to receive the yarn.
Winding the Yarn: The machine winds the yarn onto the drum or beam in parallel order, ensuring the correct length and tension.
Measuring and Cutting: Once the desired length is reached, the yarn is cut and the warp beam is ready for use in weaving.
