Open Interpreter should EXPLODE when someone writes a simple one install app that enables the whole thing as simple as LM Studio does for local LLMs. John Q Public needs a simple one click install that then offers then the option of local LLM or paid subscription like OpenAI or Claude for their API. Whoever does that will be a legend. I probably have a $20 bill sitting somewhere that I'm happy to hand them for my copy.

Haha it's pretty simple to install now (if you're not afraid of tech) But I agree, once they create an installer for non tech people it will be amazing.

@@YaronBeen Yeah, took me about 2 hours to get it running on Windows after someone helped me on Discord install Miniconda, fall back a .1 prior on python (my bad as that was doc'd) and then run a completely different command to have it run against a local LLM... not fun.

How easy is this to use for a non-coder?

I think it's pretty easy. I'm not 'a coder' neither. I consider this pretty much as a plug and play tool, you should be able to get up and running within an hour max. And even if you encoutner some challnages they can easily be solved using the help of ChatGPT. Without knowing too much about you, i think it can be a good investment of time for anyone.

Phenomenal use case, can’t wait to run this, can this install with ollama? Had an issue trying to do the pip install and never got to get open interpreter installed, been excited to use it

Thank you for video! Isn't it super expensive to use agents with GPT-4? I ask it because when I see GPT-4 agents image of burning money appears in my mind ) Maybe you know how many tokens where used to perform that csv manipulation?

I'll make sure to monitor the costs in the next videos and i'll update. You can use Open interpreter with local models as well but I prefer using GPT4 and don't mind paying for the quality.

thanks for the video its amazing. i understand this works on python do we have something like this works on visual studio for flutter lanauge, that can think decide excute and fix code automatically while we provide simple instructions in natural lanauge (english) and using open ai keys from microsoft
