Your videos are very helpful. Helped me replace the battery a couple of months ago. But now I have a blinking red light. Going to check out those plate wires in the morning. Do you have a video maybe on replacing or repairing those? I'm not able to find it myself. Thanks again for all your clear explanations!

How funny. I've had a solid blue light for the last 4 years without any issues. I've just noticed a solid green light the last few months and was worried, hence why im here.. Thanks for the great video.

The solid blue light would usually confuse people because they were just used to hearing that blue was bad. Kinda weird that yours went from solid blue to solid green because usually it works the opposite way.

Thanks. Fixed my red LED for base station. Reason was overcurrent with alternative charger instead of origional. Reduced voltage from 33v to 31v and led is again green

Thank you! It's surprising how many people do not even realize there is an LED on the charging station and that the different colors it shows are to help troubleshoot the status of the charging station

Fantastic video.. I’ve a flashing red light. I disconnected and cleaned bottom of charging station.. all wires underneath are perfect. Is there anything else it could be? Loosing my mind here and grass coming in the door😢

I have a flashing red light, antenna wire is in tact and looks fine. Any ideas on a fix? Thanks

Same :/ not sure how to troubleshoot, visual inspection shows no breaks, what did you end up doing?

@@TheMizzat Same goes for me....but can't find a solution anywhere. Did you find a way to solve it?
@TheMizzat
@TheMizzat Год назад
@@casperhinsch6906 my analysis seems to lead me to believe the charging station board needs to be replaced. Have one on order, so TBD. I inspected and did resistance tests on the antenna in the charging station base. There are four colored wires wires that make two separate loops. When you flip over the base, you can tell which ones are which and when you disassemble the base completely, you can find the connector and measure the resistance, my resistance was .1 ohms on each loop so there’s no break leading me to believe that the charging station board will probably need to be replaced. There was also some critters dried up right where the antenna connects to the board thinking that they shorted it out.

In this video you mention a no loop signal with a solid green light and you would talk about it in a different video. Can you send the link? I couldn’t find it on your page and we have a no loop signal with a solid green light!

I now got the red blinking light after 4 years. Can’t find any fault with the two antenna wires, can it also be the circuit board that needs service?

Great video. I have flashing red light. Apparently it is an antenna wire issue but I don’t know how to try fixing. I inspected the wire and it it looks fine. Any suggestions?

I own a 430X and I have no light at all and I have 28 volts at the power into the circuit board. I have switched out the circuit board with no help, also I have good boundary wiring. Please help

I’ve had a green light for 3 years…this morning I noticed a blue solid light. Nothing has changed in terms of additional boundary wires. Any idea why? Thanks Rick
@RoboticMowerServices
@RoboticMowerServices 3 года назад
Rick, it could be resistance starting to build up in the wire from corrosion, or maybe a bad connector somewhere in the boundary wire system.

@@RoboticMowerServices So far the automower is working normally. Plus it’s finding its way back to the charging station. I guess I’ll just wait and see if anything else changes. Rick

Just checked again and the charging station is now showing the green light. Over the last 3 days we had a 4 hour power outage and thunder and lightning. Maybe that could be the cause of the blue light… Rick
@RoboticMowerServices
@RoboticMowerServices 3 года назад
That is good info Rick. Here's what you should do, disconnect the boundary wires from the charging station while it has a solid green LED. Then use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the left and right end of the boundary wire. Record how many ohms of resistance the system had when it was giving the green light, then do this again when you have a solid blue light. This will tell you if it is an issue with moisture/corrosion in the boundary wire or if maybe it is something malfunctioning with the charging station board.
