The fully autonomous trash picking robot is a perfect example of integrating robotics navigation technology with AI. The robot (AMR) equipped with a 2D lidar and 6 ultrasonic sensors autonomously travels in a pre-mapped area, and stops & picks up the trash as soon as the "vision-based" AI (with Intel D435i and Jetson Xavier inside) detects a trash on the ground. That is amazing but I think it's made for indoor cleaning only. It needs some modification for working on off roads too but other wise amazing !!
