Questo video sigla tre importanti novità.
La prima è il materiale con cui è stata verniciata la auto:
Autospruhfolie un prodotto professionale tedesco che pur mantenendo le caratteristiche di removibilità del plastidip ha una finitura liscia e perfetta come la classica vernice da auto.
La seconda è il nostro accordo con Autospruhfolie del quale siamo importatori esclusivi per il territorio italiano.
La terza è il colore ZTX, questi speciali pigmenti offrono una gamma cromatica che varia fino a 5 tonalità contro i 2 toni dei camaleonte classici.
La quarta è la speciale nuova resina lucida a specchio creata appositamente per questo materiale, la quale garantisce oltre 15 anni di durata, resistente a solventi, resistente ai graffi, lucidabile come la classica vernice da auto.Al tatto non è distingubile dalla classica vernice facendo cosi sparire la sensazione di gomma al tatto.

1 latta di Autospruhfolie nero opaco per il fondo
2 latte di Autospruhfolie trasparente opaco
2 bustine di pigmenti camaleonte ZTX da sciogliere nelle 2 latte di trasparente.
1 kit di resina lucida high gloss
le pistole usate per l'applicazione sono:
SATA 5000 RP con ugello 1.8mm pressione 25 psi circa 1.8 bar per il nero e il colore
Devilbiss GTI pro lite con ugello TE20 1.3mm pressione 30-35 psi circa 2-2,5 bar per la resina lucida

Here it is our bmw z4 in ZTX 5 tone chameleon pigment with 2k high gloss finish.
High gloss finish make the product solvent resistant and will improve the life of the paint from 5 years to 15.You can also sand and wax for a better finish.
Autospruhfolie is not a conventional paint, it is liquid rubber like plastidip and need to be sprayed over your stock paint.
Along with the colour change you will also have a nice protection for your car.
This is an alternative to wrapping and will never repleace a full paint job with traditional paint, it is like to put a dress on your car.

Products used:
1 x 3,5 lt Autospruhfolie black matte for the base (2 coat)
2 x 3,5 lt Autospruhfolie matte transparent (4 coat)
2 x bag of ZTX chameleon pigment (1 for each tin of matte transparent)
1 x 3,2 lt Autospruhfolie 2k high gloss finish kit (2 coat)
Spraygun used:
SATA 5000 RP with 1.8mm tip
pressure 25 psi approx. 1.8 bar for spraying base and colour coats
Devilbiss GTI pro lite with TE20 1.3mm tip
pressure 30-35 psi approx. 2-2,5 bar for the high gloss clear coats
