Sorry but what is the difference between temperature and thermostat mode? Both of the stop the combustion process once the temperature is reached, I don't understand.
Thermostat mode completely shuts all air flow into the van and turns the flame off. Temp mode continues to blow air into the van whether the flame is off or on
@@thevanfactoryshowroom I tested the temperature mode yesterday on mine and it shut down the combustion process, don't know why, I was doing some tests, temperature in the van was already at 20°, I was in power mode, the switched to temperature at 20° to see what was gonna happen, and it shut down, maybe because I was already at the temperature? Gonna try from start to use it
@@thevanfactoryshowroomI confirm what I said above, I just tested from start with temperature mode, inside was 15 and set the hater to 18, after few minutes reached 19 and shut down
autoterm diesel heater still garbage. Faulty from the start. Still coming up no connection. Reached out for support but false promises. 3 year warranty not worth the paper its not printed on
Autoterm with comfort controller (comfort so the wrong word) Worst product I ever bought. Unreliable no connection in the digital display. The installer and the manufacturer arguing between themselves who and what is causing it to be £1000 of trash
Greetings. So no connection in the digital display must mean there is no power to the digital controller. Either the instructions were not followed when installing the unit or there is an faulty electronic component. We have the same unit installed in our new Camper and other than completely no instructions or fast setup the new end user, the unit is working very well. Interesting to see the outcome of your Autoterm repair. Cheers
