Autumnal cooking and baking is my favourite.
In today video we make a creamy cauliflower & Stilton soup and some warm chocolate brownies.

Soup Recipe:
300g Stilton
300ml double cream
1 cauliflower
1 shallot
1 litre of chicken stock
Knob or butter
Serve with:
