WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.
My credentials: RYT 200-hr Vinayasa Teacher; Currently student of 200-hr Instinctive Meditation.

I was going to meditate in stillness this morning. As I started, I knew I was going to need to be guided in strength for a gathering I'm to attend later. Knew to come to u for that 😇 Bumped into this lil slice of heaven. Been planning for the equinox since the new moon, but somehow completely forgot this morning. What a delightful surprise! It didnt work out. I mean, my idea. They dont have time 2 meet ,but we had a nice chat and exchanged info. Im a not sad that it didnt work out. You aren't crazy. You probably just shine too bright for their dark asses. Some people don't vibe on the same level and don't know what to do around that kind of energy. It's okay. They aren't the supporters you need for your idea to thrive and be successful. But you have put it out into the universe, it will start to manifest, in due time. Don't worry. Prepare the soil for your seed. 🙏🏼🐛🤍🦋✨️🪶
