Late in the evening I often enjoy just sitting down and playing for hours. Because I had the video already set up I decided to start recording. My only thought was to use a "gypsy jazz" type rhythm and to try bending a few notes with my new Greg V Pedal. I use it sparingly--only on 2 notes in the muted trumpet segment at approximately 2:21 and 2:36. Playing completely spontaneously is always fun, but usually not something I record, complete with some good ideas, some mistakes.
