The journal is 9" X 6" X 4 1.2" with a hard cover. There are seven interactive pages, front and back. Each page is held to the lifted spine with antique brass jump rings, which are through matching eyelets. The pages turn very easily and lay pretty flat as in a book would. There are acetate belly bands, tons of pockets which complete the image underneath, flips, fold outs, floating envelopes, interactive belly band and folder. All cards are back with either lined, unlined or decorative cardstock which makes them very durable. Fabric leaves, words and fibers are on the edges of all pages as well as throughout the journal.
