Sir if i go to some government office for making my work done, the clerk will simply say ki there's huge work load, it is not possible for me to do at this early time(which might be weeks or even months, in some cases) so if give him some bribe, he will just prioritise my files over others, so please tell in this case who is involved in corruption? DM? SP? Secratary? DGP? PM? CM? Or a clerk?

@@aaravpandey3583everyone has a percentage in that bribe if you aren’t aware of it. It will go to the top. If you want vehicle registration and you are not from that state. ₹4000 is the price, RC will be made under your name, you want cheat a driving licence ₹7000. Everything has a price.

Avadh Ojha is the true depiction of today's corrupt society, his mind and teaching not only appreciate corruption but also shows his frustration of not getting into civil services. He portrays all the civil servants as corrupt and dishonest which I am sure is not the truth. Idealism is not bad but also not possible in Most of the cases, however, a teacher should not appreciate corruption.

Corruption is human nature. Those who defy this nature become great. Transparency is necessary. Specially in judiciary. Problem is that judiciary isn't kept under the ambit of audits and investigation. They have so much immunity that even to initiate an investigation you need the permission of the chief justice. Imagine how many cases of corruption don't even come to light there.

Jinko corruption se karorepati banana he voh hi civil services ki taiyari karte he, jinko apne par vishwas he voh apna voh apna profession khud decide karte he. Jisko jitna bada corrupt hona he voh utne bade post ke khwab dekhte he, exceptions are everywhere.

@@theuseless4219 see higher power is less than the number of worker's force. It needs to be channelized. Yes, it may come up with some cost but we have to pay it. It's not the elected members will tell us what they want from us. But it's we the people will decide how should we make them serve us. Here the issue is having common goal. They are getting benefited by someone's greed of succeeding early.

India needs administrative reforms more than economic reforms. We are still ruled by the same bureaucracy the Britishers used to make us a corrupt poor nation. The commoner still has to face/deal with the same corrupt Thanadar, Patwari and Deputy Commissioner by whom he was bullied during British rule. In fact, their powers have increased manifold since Independence.

Totally disagree. According to him, IAS are not corrupt but top leadership make them corrupt. Absolutely wrong, District Magistrate is the highest executive authority of a District, he directly controls all subordinate departments of District level. There is rampant corruption prevalent in subordinate government offices of India, why they don't reform them. At least reform there where you are capable of, don't shift blame on any 'higher authority'.
