We do make this and it’s very nice that it reaches many people. We can add roasted peanuts / cashews etc and also sprinkle extra coconut and fresh coriander

Lovely ..I noticed that you have used very fine avalakki (poha). It would be nice if you can show the difference between the various types of poha , especially for people New to cooking
@@DV-1972 he has used paper avalakki here... I think there are only 3/4 varieties available in market. Thick, medium, thin avalakki. Brown avalakki is mostly used in south canara and kerala
