The best settings to use with the 6800 XT at 1440p is probably the high preset (or a similar custom preset), with FSR on and frame gen off, but frame gen does actually work surprisingly well
Would be awesome to see a 6800 XT vs 7800 XT with this game to compare generational RT performance since this game has RT always on. I think that's going to be the big difference between the two.
This game shows how NVIDIA sponsored titles are unoptimized for AMD RT. My 6800 performs the same as my 3070 ti and even better in some scenarios but in alan wake 2, RT was unplayable.
@syncmonism I know. That's RT for global reflections, which doesn't utilize the rt cores. My issue is how outside NVIDIA sponsored games AMD isn't that bad. It is in those games that it is significantly slower than NVIDIA, which seems fishy.
@@DJSKOfficial not a bad cpu, but one thing i can tell u is this game has RT by default, hence 7700and above cpus handles RT well, also if u have draw distance high u may have stutter that because at that particular period of time your fps drops below 60 fps and other time again your fps will be high, which causes low stutter. I think the default RT in game making your CPU to work hard.
bad optimizations game... any games, and any and any.. csgo2 bad optimisation,avatar bad,etc etc... its impossible to have 90 fps on 1080p with 16gb VRAM im very sorry..
