Korra values validation from the public over doing her avatar duties properly and creating balance. Like in s2 when the northern and southern water tribe were at war, it was so hard for her to do the right thing and try to stop the war because she felt she was letting her own tribe down. And in s1, rather than listen to the equalists and try to help the injustices done to them, she wanted to take the amon down and defeat his army, and that caused more chaos. By season 4, she had learnt and she listened to Kuvira. She knew what Kuvira wanted and by the end of the season, the earth kingdom was at peace. Her arc is truly amazing and underrated Amazing edit, as always 😍
What? Since when Korra value the public more, she rebeled against tarrlok, the RC council all for the sake of stopping injustice against non-benders. Everything she did in season 2 was to develop into a more just and spiritual avatar. In season 3 she gladly got shunned from RC to help tenzin collect all the airbdeners.
Korra's avatar state was always so awesome. In almost all of her fights she wasn't only fighting her opponents. She'd give her all fighting Vaatu in order to prison him once again -- leaving her weak when she had to fight against the new Dark Avatar. She had to fight against a villainous Airbender whilst also fighting metallic poison. She had to fight one of the best earth / metal benders while also fighting PTSD and working through her mental health. Korra never got to have a fair fight -- which is why we always see her called "weak". Her having to go through all of this and still ending up changing the world for the better proves the exact opposite of what some people say about her.
This is the girl that very few understands💕 ppl always expect that every hero wins and they have nothing but positivity in their soul💕 but Korra needs to be understood, she is the girl whi won the greatest war with herself, cos dealing with yourself and your ghosts are most difficult
korra is underrated she struggled with ptsd, lost ravva, was kept inside away from others, she almost lost her life multiple times and unlike aang she found herself inside of the tree of time (the 7th chakra i think)
AHHHH THIS IS AMAZING!!!❤️ When Korra said “who’s scared now” and the song went “the kids cried out please stop you’re scaring me” I got literal chills
She is. (In my opinion ) I like her more than aang, tbh when I was a kid watching atla, I didn't get the same hype watching tlok. I guess I want a more relatable and realistic character..
Korra: I never wanted a normal childhood, all I ever wanted to he was the avatar Aang:**ranned away from airtemple because he was too scared to take the responsibility of being the avatar**
AND DEADLY DISEASE THE POISON PTSD AND THE BIGGER THAN MY BODY GIANT BLUE KORRA TREE OF TIME AND WHOS SCARED NOW "PLEASE STOP YOURE SCARING ME" VILLAINS IN MY HEAD WITH THE DARK SPIRIT WORLD SPIRITS SHES BRINGING TO HER AND "I CANT HELP THIS AWFUL ENERGY" AND SHE STOPS THE ENERGY SPIRIT VINE WEAPON AHHHHH ALL THIS STUFF THIS FITS HER SO WELL
10/10 The legend of Korra in the first season I saw that Korra agreed to be the avatar, that's why Korra perfectly controlled Water 🌊, Earth ⛰️ and Fire 🔥 and she only needed to control Air 🌪️, she also had to face the egalitarians who harmed the Masters, in the second season he learned that he could enter the spirit world and could control the spirits and open portals, he also met the first avatar named Wan, who shows us how he became the first avatar, and the duties of maintaining balance in the world and protecting it, in the third season he was able to see that changes were made in the world because he saw some who are not masters of the Earth Kingdom ⛰️ they could be Airbenders 🌪️ and he also searched the Earth Kingdom ⛰️ the new Airbenders 🌪️, Korra also became the first avatar to do Metalbending 🔩 and Bolin was able to do Lavabending 🌋, that's why Korra was able to recover the Air Nation 🌪️ and in the fourth season it was seen or that the Earth Kingdom ⛰️ was in Kuvira's domain because she wanted to turn the kingdom into an empire and that's why Korra had to make more efforts to stop Kuvira, and Kuvira made a huge metal robot to conquer Republic City, because she was in a part of the Earth Kingdom. I prefer Kuvira's robot to Sozin's comet in the final battles and for the finale there was a wedding he had with Zhu Li and Varrick. The Legend of Korra is the best on Nickelodeon and much better than The Last Airbender.
