I am a 35 year classic rock drummer. I went to Louder Than Life with my 19 year old son, had a great time, and Avatar was the one unknown band that really stood out for me. Put on a great show, sounded amazing. I watched every minute. To me, many of the bands that were there sounded very similar, not Avatar. As an aside, Jane's Addiction was amazing. They are from my era. I'm an old fogey.
Gonna be seeing you guys for the very first time in LA. I'm from San Jose, but when I found out you were coming to California I said "when might I ever get the chance to see Avatar play again?" So yes, you guys are worth driving 8+ hours to see 🔥🤘 so see you soon!!!
I need to know one thing: What happens to people, who are carried by the crowd to the front and then are taken over by security? Please someone answer me!
Ahah, usually it's just people that want to go elsewhere in the festival but do not want to walk back amongst the crowd. By crowdsurfing they can be carried to the front of the crowd, the security agents are there to prevent them from falling down. Then the crowd surfers can just bypass the whole crowd to leave the how!
@@Atomic_Unicorn13 damn. That sucks that's probably where Tallah got sick too. I saw them on the 12th in Asheville and didn't get sick, saw them again at Louder than life and I got sick the day after the fest ended but I got tested for covid today and it was negative
