I don't know if there will be a cinema in 100 years. But certainly what Jim does will never be approached by anyone, in terms of quality and immersive experience.
This proves that this film should win production design. Everything in this film was so well designed, the animals, the tech, the characters. It was beautiful
if this wins best picture then you all are actually brainless jellyfish...this movie only looks good and the world building but the story and characters are dogsht
I have never seen a movie that looks as beautiful as this. Vivid colors; exotic landscapes so surreal that it's as if Pandora is a tangible place; that it actually exists. Truly amazing.
It takes years to make. Lives like this. Everything from the design, thought, work, and imagination of the Avatar movies is on a totally different level. I bet you that it will be years before anything close to Avatar will be seen again.
Imagine how the volcanic regions on Pandora would look like, the home of the fire Na’vi and whatever creature that might inhabit there. I’m really excited for Avatar: Seed Bearer!
The level of detail in these movies blow my mind. It's amazing to see such imagination come to life. Down to the tiniest speck, everything is thought out and that makes Avatar so much more enjoyable.
Thank you James Cameron for such a beautiful movie I would not be going to school for film if it wasn’t for your amazing movies , Titanic, alien, avatar, terminator and so much more !
Pandora is real!!! There are billions or trillions of stars in space. Who knows if there isn't such a world out there somewhere? Absolutely beautiful 💙
I want a 3 hour film on each of the films being made 😂 Seriously I wish there at least was a great playlist of all of the clips of behind the scenes and featurettes
I hope we see more ISV Venture Star scenes in the next films. It would be interesting to see them leave the earth from the humans perspective. It was so cool to see the ISV's decelerate and approach Pandora in The Way of the Water. Some new earth scenes would be awesome too!
Congrats to everyone making this masterpiece and letting it come to live once again after 13 years. You can really see the effort, time & thought that gone into this movie. Can't wait for you guys to blow my mind even more with the sequels!
One thing that I respect James Cameron, is because he always give credits to the team, he did the same thing with titanic when the people try to give him the credits! The guy really do thing with love and it's because of that that his movies do so well.
I am thinking of seeing this movie for 6th time, I rarely go twice for a movie, maybe if the marvel is good, but this is another level. Also the comics are fun, when you can't get enough.
I've been to the movies 3 times and even so I really want it to come out on DVD or Disney+ I love the spiritual message it brings and the connection with all creation any estimated date?
i CAN NOT WAIT to see this movie at home. i have seen it in a theater but seeing the footage on my own tv genuinely makes me feel like i haven't seen this movie at all yet.
I saw Avatar: The Way Of Water.. And I want to personally thank every human being that worked on this masterpiece, and the previous Avatar, they are my favorite movies by far, GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
It's funny how people just act with props and those props itself are made into the most amazing creatures ever and that is the power of VFX Hats off to JAMES CAMERON for making this possible
The amount of craftsmanship in this movie is unreal. It makes you think how great human imagination is. Waiting for more awesomeness! (also, not making fun of a not necessarily a plot hole, but I hope the RDA brings Na'vi Arrow proof window shields in the sequels, also I hope we get to see some bird like creatures cause the Na'vi wear feathers and I've not seen a single Pandoran creature with such feathers ).
If somwhere in the future there will be a TRUE virtual reality with expieriences like taste touch hear ... Pandora is got to be one of its first entachments. Well done Avatar crew
A movie that is basically entirely cgi, or so it seems, probably has more prctical hand work involved than most movies nowadays. And just like it is said in the video here, Pandora does not exist. This huge world of natural beauty is not really there. But taking a look at it reminds me of some of the natural beauty still left on our own planet. And that real beauty has known better times. I cried in the theater. To me, this sequel is stronger than the original and I don't care who says what.
