I guess Hawke's standards are really low. I mean, a possessed mage, a dalish blood mage, a lust-addled pirate, and an angry runaway Tevinter elf, but I suppose that gives them character.
I know that she doesn't mention Sebastian because he's DLC and thus they would have to add content retroactively, but it also makes sense that she doesn't mention him because he's not nearly such a dangerous romance option compared to the rest of the party. He just wants a Chantry girl that goes to Chantry, *and read her Chant.*
Additionally, the Sebastian romance doesn't progress into an actual relationship until right at the end of the game which is well after this conversation. But he only wants you as his Chantry girl if you're friendly with him, if you go down the rival path he'll take you back to Starkhaven and make you his Queen.
I think Sebastian should have gotten some dialogue here. He did have a merc company after him, as well as a demonically influenced noble house. Even his Chantry life wasn't safe.
