Avenger Cruise 220 Handle Bar in Street 160 BS6 ABS 

Hi all. I did this just now to my Avenger 160 ABS. I had to purchase only 2 parts, the Avenger Cruise handle bar( Part No: PD151007) and ABS Cable (Part No: 36PD0094). Got both of them from Bajaj Spares Showroom. When it comes to fitting them, all the cables were short for the new handle bar because of their physical placement. The mechanic removed the handle bar, the seat and then the fuel tank. He untied all the cables and adjusted the clutch wire, indicator wire, accelerator wire and the ignition wire. These cable are actually longer in length but fitted to adjust to the existing handlebar. All the excess length is tucked together under the fuel tank. The ABS also has to be fitted under the fuel tank. So, removing the fuel tank is mandatory. When you open the ABS cable, the break oil will spill and has to be replaced. Once all the cables are fitted and adjusted accordingly, make sure that the fuel meter cable is fitted. If not, the fuel reading won't work. The mechanic asked me to get the bike washed before using as the break oil spill. Looks like this oil is highly inflammable and for the safety the wash is recommended without forgettig. Prices: Cruise Handle bar PD151007 : 727 ABS Cable 36PD0094: 583 Mechanic Charges: 600 Washing: 100 Total : 2010 The drive feel is awesome after the change of handlebar. Very comfortable. The 2000 spent is seriously worth it.

I own 2017 Avenger 150 street for 5 yrs, modified seat twice fro reducing back pain. Considering this same Cruise handlebar, was also consider KTM's adjustable clutch and brake lever for even better comfort. Do we need to change any electrical wires?

Bhai please help me if you get time. I bought a new clutch and accelerometer cable. But while fitting we faced 2 issues. Mechanic told that the left switch gear cable is short. And right cable which goes to disc break is also short. How did you resolve it.
