These v22 ospreys always fly by my house. They are really loud. Edit: I live near 2 major military bases in Northern San Diego County. The bases are Miramar Base and Riverside March Air Reserve Base. Also camp pendleton is like 3 miles away. (Helipads) This is the reason I see v22s. I also see different aircraft.

The day the doomsday heist came out I had no idea. I hopped in a cargobob left the ground and 5 seconds later got rammed by an avenger that was perfectly fine after.

This could have been the ultimate griefer's toy, especially if the griefers has friends

I said it once and I'll say it again we need a Cayo Perico Heist revisited vid. it hasn't been out for longer than a year but we've learned so much about it that your original vid not only doesn't make it justice, it makes the heist look bad

I wish you could open the back and put any car in there like the bombushka

I got mine on sale years ago, it’s still a fun vehicle especially when you can store something like the Stromberg or Toreador in this case to fight MK2 Oppressors.

I've tested the cannons on the Avenger. From the Sandy Shores Airfield, I was shooting as far as the bridge that leads into the military base.

I have long held a theory that the Bombuska was originally the Avenger in Doomsday. The Russian motif, the similar gun layouts, the space in the back, the resistance to collisions, etc. I think ultimately they decided that the Bombuska wasn't going to work for a vehicle mod shop due to the cramped conditions and they went with the "TARTUS Effect" to make a bigger interior than an exterior with it's replacement. It explains why the Bombuska is such a glitchy, unbalanced mess pushed out the door to not waste the model.

I cant be the only one who loves the fact that pieces can fall off this thing with out it blowing up like other planes/helis

Lately I've been parking the avenger above stand your grounds and spawnkilling, it's a good stress reliever.

Speaking of cannons, I recall using MOC (same cannons pretty much) as stationary artillery array to cover my friends' selling missions. Worked splendidly well, considering how spammable they are.

Out of all the large vehicles in GTA, the Avenger is my favorite by a long shot. Also an honorable mention to the Kosatka but that is also a heist property soo, not sure what to class that as... The fast travel feature is sooooooo nice

My frustration with the Avenger is that it's a very expensive Freeroam toy with limited uses. You can't pop a car in the back to deliver to a customer, you can't use it in heists or contact jobs. It could be immensely useful for a lot of things, but it mostly isn't.

when i first saw the avenger as a low level i knew i needed to get it and now as a level 300+ i still love it not only is one of the best vehicles in the game but it has so much roleplay potential

finally someone who realizes how good the avenger actualy is it's literally the best vehicle in the game.

Often, when I used my avenger as a plane and a lazer/hydra griefer go after me, I wait for them to get them to follow me in a straigth line to shout me and turn the helicopter mode on. More often then otherwise, they'll end up crashing into me. The griefer we be considered "killed by me" and I'll survive. The avenger generaly can survive 2 or 3 tries at this, but after that, better edject to avoid death. The trick with parachutes. Don't open until near ground. And once landed, to get the tryhards pissed, simply transform as a rc tank/bandito or fast travel to appartement/facility. By fast traveling to your facility, you can even get out with your avenger, meaning the jet user will still have a hard time killing you. The avenger is a perfect counter against tryhards. Even the orbital canon. If you see that the tryhard went in his facility, put the autopilot and go in the back of the avenger. If the avenger get destroyed, anyone in it's back will get teleported on the ground. Making it a great counter even for orbital canon users. Speaking of canon. Here's THE perfect defense against tryhards. If you have a yacht, land your avenger on the yacht. The yacht's defense prevent the use of the avenger's turrets, but it also prevents jets/oppressors/toreador/etc from coming. Wanna use the avenger's turrets? Turn the yacht's defense off. This trick can't be used by tryhards since they are avoided by default, but can be the best way ever to defend yourself against them. Kosatka is using missiles? Avenger. The tryhards approach by air or under water? Yacht defense. They swim to the yacht? Wait for them with a shot gun in your hand. Orbital canon? Go under the yacht or in the back of the avenger. A boat? Eather use the avenger's canon, explosive sniper shots or a broomstick. Only 1 thing can kill you with this strat. A drone. They can't zap you, but the explosion still can. On the other hand, the drone explosion isn't powerfull enough to destroy an avenger, the drone can't go under water and they can't follow you inside the avenger's back nor inside the yacht. Plus, if they use the drone on foot, a quick sniper shot will kill the drone user and if it's the terorbyte's drone, the avenger can destroy it easily, forcing them to wait quite a while for another drone. The arcade drone can't be countered, but they'll still have the timer to wait AND a massive distance to cross to come to your yacht. A tryhards aren't known for their patience, that's for sure. ^-^

Used to fly this thing up to the height limit, throw it into hover mode and then, with friends on the ground helping point out players, i’d snipe them xD

The Avenger is by far the best air vehicle and might be the best overall vehicle in the game. It has so many uses. If you get a good pilot and gunner, you'll wreck anyone trying to get close to you. Sometimes I love parking in hover mode and then placing it high enough just out of homing rocket or RPG range. Then the only thing that can hit you are sniper bullets. Also, you can have 1 of your gunners switch to infra-red, making it SUPER EFFECTIVE against ground targets. Someone doing Stand Your Ground? No problem. Have 1 other person with you join either your MC or CEO to prevent friendly fire have them on the gun. Throw it in hovermode overhead, and parachute out. While they're spawn killing the entire team, you take over the base. I also did this against a team with full MC (8 people). I rolled up on a team that had probably 30 seconds left of SYG. I had 2 gunners and 2 other people in the hold. They parachuted out and captured the area with 0 seconds remaining.

Another good revisited video: Clothing with useful features: There's several things in the game like this that could easily be rolled into one, and it's shocking how few players know about this stuff to this day. From Combat Helmets protecting your head from one hit kills and doing vision modes to the original Heist Gear that boosts your health in OG heists and how you can negate the speed penalty by putting on a scarf while keeping the advantages to the new Scuba Suits that increase your swimming speed dramatically (and cause your helmet to disappear and become scuba gear if you hit the water, handy) and also how several masks have things like built in night vision..

The first plane/helicopter I ever came to own. I still love it. 😄

I love inviting people to my CEO gathering in the Avenger and starting a lobby war with the other teams xD I'm very happy with this purchase!

I knew the cannons were that good. I use it to park up high just at the end of render and just snipe armored targets down bellow. Fun shit

Its actually my most used vehicle despite how much Ive used the MK2 Oppressor its an impressive piece of machinery.

Find it hilarious the avenger is almost indestructible when it’s based on the only aircraft do have a mid air collision with itself

Pro tip: if you crash one proppeler into the water it will fall off without dealing any damage to the plane itself, which is weird but you can fly it just as usual and i didn't really see much speed diffrence or unstable handling, wchich makes no sense because only one engine is working

We need a new heist or location that can make use of the Avenger in the same way the Kosatka is used in Cayo Perico.

Once my avenger was crippled, engines destroyed, most flaps gone. Still made it back home. It’s a tough girl!

Gas bombs are the best choice for the Avenger, for Import/Export missions, or basically anytime when you need to take out some baddies but don't want to destroy the target vehicle.

Having the avenger is like having a brick wall the only thing that could stop this monster is Thanatos

The Avenger is certainly quite the aircraft/turrets of the sky combination, can be fun to use in PvE and I guess PvP, but in most cases it'll end up in the wrong hands of a tryhard/griefer and become an overpowered weapon of mass destruction that you want to Orbital Cannon out of existence... ironic! But yeah, a great revisited video for a very worthy vehicle indeed!👍👏

There’s been a glitch with the avenger for about a month now where any RPG, homing missile, or explosive sniper shot anywhere to the body or head (not tail) will instantly destroy the avenger. I was flying around with my friend a few hours ago and some dude with an explosive sniper one shot us so the glitch is still around

The Avenger armor is buggy. You can literally get one shot by a few rockets hitting at the same time or a lone homing missile.

You can two shot the avenger, and thus pretty much anything else with similar armour with the Anti Air trailer attached with the flak cannon.

My use for this is to fly from my facility, to a destination, crash into said destination, do stuff. I'd probably use it if I wasn't lonely. Little request, could you next review the akula or rogue. Just interested to see how they hold up.

I use this most often with Deluxo. You can enter it with a Deluxo midair as long as the Avenger is above 2 altitude lines from mini map

These revisited videos are great. Would love to see one on the Hydra or another combat jet.

Somewhere in the Multiverse a female me is still being a savior/mentor to new players playing a non-broken beyond comprehension version of Grand Theft Auto V online made by her universe Rockstar Games that doesn't have outstanding bad business practices & not consumed with corporate greed. I can see the Avenger Volt military aircraft being a useful flying safe evacuation vehicle to save new players from Griefers/Tryhards.🤔

Be like me. Fly Avenger to Sandy Shores air strip. Engage auto pilot and enter your hold. Invite randoms,then kick from hold. Equip SweatLord outfit in inventory with thermal equipped. Shoot fish in perverbial barrel. You are no longer alone :)

I got 3 of my friends to fly in my avenger today, We killed everyone in the lobby for a solid 30 minutes. We were shoot down by an orb 😂❤️. We had the dream team, a good pilot, great gunners and a smart co-pilot.

Fun fact i haven't heard anyone mention before: the avenger will blow up INSTANTLY from one explosive round to one of the engines intakes.

When a griefer goes ghosted, goes to max height and hops on those cannons they have to be physically disabled to not blow up any type of plane coming after them.

Haven't seen the vid just yet, but the Avenger easily holds up today as a god level defensive vehicle. Get 2 friends, and you're basically unstoppable.

My two cents on a good revisited video: MK2 Weapons. A lot of things were very off in the original MK2 weapons video made when Doomsday came out, and while late, it's better late than never. The biggest detail you overlooked when declaring, say, the Special Carbine and the Special Carbine MK2 the same is not testing their range dropoff. That's why the Special Cabine MK2 really shines; there is a "point blank" weapons damage in the game, and the MK2's point blank doesn't drop off until about 80% of max range. Meaning that at the ranges you tested them, the two weapons perform the same, but at a longer distance the Special Carbine MK2 *SMOKES* the original.

The Avenger is my friend and mines bread and butter tactic. My friend is the better gunner, kills people quick. He is training to use the thermal to kill people even faster. We wish we have one more gunner, though. People do underestimate the avenger though

Pyro, To modify how far they render you have to tweak the config file (via .txt) in the documents profile folder. I think its "peds render distance" or something. I use it to lower the graphics beyond the in game possibilities since i have potato pc.

Even solo it is pretty good on pvp, against khanjali or deluxo ppl you can just sit on ground and shoot them before they can shoot you because they are too greedy, and then you reach them after they respawn so

Fun fact even though its hard and a bit tough to do if in helicopter mode u can fly with one propellor just wouldnt recommend it

If you open the bomb bay while flying in the plane mode, and go into the bomb bay view you basically have autopilot AND the Avenger will autonomously fly over obstructions in front of the aircraft so you can go take a fat piss while it's active and have no worries other than an Oppressor MKII.

I use 20mm AA to take out Avenger that tryhard use to bully my friends (my friend can't even fight back) only 2 shot and they leave session after being defeat

If anyone ever wants to have some real fun with the Avenger in the only mission where you can let loose with it, Avenger on Doomsday, *ignore the weapons lock.* Your gunners better be on the ball but if you do this, you will be dogfighting Lazers the entire way to the destination and you will need some FANCY flying to survive. All the voiceover dialogue makes way more sense when you do this rather than avoid the lock so I am positive this was how the mission was supposed to play and that the "fly low" thing was added because people thought it was too hard. And hard it is.

I'm quite the fan of hot dropping the insurgent mid air.

The cluster bombs need a huge buff a bigger blast range and more damage than normal bombs

well i like how ghilliemaster turned the bombushka into an ac-130 spectre and gave it some huge buffs, i like his rebalanced vehicles

The guns on the bombushka are absolutely useless now there's a bug that doesn't let you shoot the guns at most angles

Next cops have tuner cars and pyres running moonshine

If someone is attacking you and you can't set up autopilot go into LS or the Military airbase and park it in the open hanger before hopping on the guns, the small window people have means you can only be attacked from one angle and makes taking out anything besides people on foot at range a piece of cake.

The main problem with this thing, something I don't think you mentioned, is that it's been bugged for quite some time now. So... if you put a vehicle into the Avenger while at your facility, then take off, then the vehicle will magically disappear; aka get teleported back. Normally it would stay inside the Avenger. A rather nasty change because it makes things a lot more impractical.

U forgot a safety tip don't jump out when ur in plane mode

The avengers one my favorite service vehicles to use because I could basically take it anywhere. The best vehicle I like to use when I have the avenger is the deluxo, because I can land on all the buildings and use the deluxo to fly down for the buildings or the sky dive if I decide to choose to use auto pilot for the averager. And I will admit the avenger is able to keep me alive sometime when jets come after me. It makes an excellent weapon to destroy TryHards.

So me and a buddy of mine we took and compared the guns that are on the avenger versus the babushka and we come to find out that the effective range of the guns on the avenger is about 3,000 ft versus the 2100 ft that are on the babushka. So what we would do is we would orbit like a C-130 above players and online servers at about 2,700 ft and start raining down on them with cannon fire which was really awesome for clearing out stand your grounds

I took an avenger out with a mrkll I managed to flip him up side down and he could not get right side up for a while leaving me to refill my mrkll I flew by Him 6 more times and finally got him. He was targeting all the low lvls and in my opinion if you have an aircraft with power why not start with people are on your lvl I understand if your just trying it out but when you get them players who think it's fun to destroy everything and anything that is a low life
