Imo, the big three in the multiverse saga should be from different universes, so i think Spider-Man (Tobey Maguire) , Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) and an Iron man variant (also played by RDJ) are the perfect fit for it.

Dr doom make a device that can track anchor being in another universe, at the same time in main time line father of chang chi die and chang chi become new anchor being. When dr doom start that device from another universe the rings are detected and dr doom is coming by tracking signals from 10 ring.
