Same with The dark knight. Batman plants a bomb with 2:30sec and it exactly goes off after that time. However, they messed it up in endgame. Hawkeye's scene went longer than 1 min.

The other references about this battle make it better. It's nice to know Clint saved Kate. It's awesome to know the Ancient One and Daredevil are facing Chitauri in the background too Feels sad to know Hulk wasn't careful enough and ended up covering someone in rubble. It feels the most awesome with what the movie shows us and what the what if series showed though; Nat and Clint are normal humans, no serum or augmentation, and they're able to fight the Chitauri head on with their regular weapons..

MikeWazowski Maybe in the next spidey reboot we can have a Spider-Man with an actual story arch that we can take seriously. Anyone remember the first Iron-Man or Captain America movie feels? Got that from a Homecoming? Didn’t think so. I always liked how we went from a epic montage with them kicking ass with hype music. And then shows the heroes getting worn out by the fight slowly loosing materials and the long duration getting to them. It's something I always love seeing in these types of fights where other times it is just pure action with all these cool sequence, action and such. But here they do show the cool action but they also show a realistic portrayal of a prolonged fight.Ft

Tbf , he seemed to have more trouble getting up from one Chitauri blast then 3 gun shots ( though the forth one laid him down) . Chitauri does have grenades , those cannons on the air crafts that can engulf streets in flame and the super durable Leviathans though so they're still formidable.

Doctor Who Minecraft i think thor favourite avengers is captain america. Because in thor 2 loki said "considered you like them so much" and disgues as cap. Also they do two combo move in aou. One in the beginning fight where thor slam his hammer on cap shield and it created a shock wave, second is where thor hit cap shield and it fly to ultron minions.i think it a nod to the comic where thor has so much respect for cap that he once said if he died before cap, he want cap to take the mantle of thor

I thought I was going crazy. This looks so so strange and I have watched the movie at least a dozen times. Like has already mentioned it is looking kind of like a very high end video game with good cinematics instead of a live action film with cgi.

There's a major difference between killing a handful of enemy combatants as a soldier and murdering millions of innocent civilians. In war sometimes fighting the enemy is necessary, however in this instance it's straight up mass murder.

its a tactic called "scorced earth". very common during WW1 and 2. Basically you burn your own lands while you retreat, so that the enemy has no food/fuel/whatever they need, to restock as they move forwards, after a while they are so far away from their own supply lines, that they have to fall back, thats when you counter attack, with a stronger force, that is more well supplied, and very pissed that half their country is now in ashes.
