I still can't even work out WHAT they've done with the street carp vocal. It's sort of like they've squeezed the timing of the 2nd and 3rd syllable of each line
Knife party, Passenger, Teenager, Elite, Street Carp and Pink Maggit are good remixes. Rx Queen was okay. The rest felt like remixes just for the sake of it.
Street Carp and Pink Maggit are 2 that I think ill be coming back to often. In my opinion they exceeted the originals. I really enjoyed RX queen for just how batshit insane it was. I agree there were a few that felt redundant.
@@gamedead9173 I agree with the street carp one but I still think the original Pink Maggit is still a very good song. The RX Queen may actually go well with the cyberpunk 2077 game and aesthetics.
Oh yeah, original Pink Maggit is a great song! Among the best on the album. The remix though contains all the best elements from the original but it takes it to a realm that I dont think Deftones would dare to go. I bet Stephen enjoyed the chugging into infinity lol
@@hamzazulfi I just meant that Deftones themselves wouldn't have composed a song that way, which I'm totally ok with. They are masters at retooling their sound.
