Chai & Coaching being on a coop program i have had different salaries ranging from $12/hr as a freshman to $25/hr as a sophomore and a junior and then $30/hr as a senior on my pre-completion opt while studying mechanical engineering and automotive engineering and designing and electrical engineering. My girlfriend who is a cs+english major also has a salary of $30/hr as a sophomore rn.
I feel this is apt but not of much use to the students who are coming here to US for their bachelors because first thing the amount of time available to them under OPT and CPT is nearly 4 years when combined and also their pay is way more different that graduate students. Like i make at this point approx 4500 a month over here but i am sure u guys would make more. so i would suggest u should also get a bachelors students on board ur panel to take that into consideration as well.
Anubhav Tewari very true. Most students coming to study are doing their masters (especially from India). We would need to make separate videos with undergrad students related to these topics. Thanks for the suggestion!
@@chaiandcoaching hello! I'm from India and i'm pursuing my bachelors here in the US. "Most students coming to study are doing their masters (especially from India)" that's in the past. i don't think it's the case rn. it would be very great of you if you can make a video that is specifically targeted for the bachelors students about this topic. i would be starting my OPT in 3 months, I'm quite nervous and excited. a video or any tips and suggestion will be very much appreciated and this might help others as well. Thanks. you're doing a great job!
Is the estimate of loan repayment based on ITM courses in general or is it UTD specific? And do they have the deans scholarship? I am looking to join UTD, but i am extremely worried abt my finances! What would you suggest Chai & Coaching if you had the option to choose for MIS between UTD/NEU/Stevens(14k scholarship) if you had the choice? Also can you make videos on stevens institute of tech too please!
I’m not sure about loan and scholarships. You can connect with the guys on LinkedIn and ask them. 😃 For choosing between UTD/NEU/Stevens you need to watch our shortlisting video. That will guide you on your decision. 😃
I Appreciate ur hard work to guide students like us also,i would like to suggest u to shortern the time of ur video and u can add a little hindi language for better understanding THANK U 🌹
Chai & Coaching Sorry I meant to type prospect like the potential for Ms In Scm grads from Jsom what are the opportunities and is the course in-demand course ?
Lohit Mundewadi yes, it is a good course. My friends like it. But I haven’t studied it 😃. Better, you should look in my connections on LinkedIn and talk with students doing MS SCM, they can give you a better opinion.
coyote style after you have completed 2 whole semesters in America then you can apply for jobs. But networking and personal relationships is the best way to get a job in America. So spend time meeting Americans. 😃
Chai & Coaching hey man thanks for the answer .. in fact I know about that I can apply after 2 semester , but the question is : can I apply in any job or just specific job or program for interns ? .. btw i will study MS in information technology .. Thanks In advance
Gaming Studio YT there are so many good courses and job opportunities in America right. Not just one best one. But instead of studying something just for chances of job and money, you should pursue something you are passionate about and good at. 😃 So what things are you excited about studying or doing for a career?
Well, Thanks robert for this video, But actually I am not convinced at all. you guys did not talked about Tax we have to pay while working on CPT and OPT.
