Ok, to be fair, that actually matches up pretty nicely with the Phoenix Wright series. Considering that it's all about being a murder lawyer and all that. The games were never particularly shy about getting into the nitty gritty about how people who were murdered died.

@@webbowser8834 i mean the Whole arc of Trucy and Apollo is sad, AA DD starts with terrorism, Athena as well seriously that "Repair mommy" scene was dark, oh yeah Simons Sister, the Investigations spinoff gets on Smuggling, Corruption and some spicy momments with some its characters. Nevermind that in Spirit of Justice we get: "Balloon" Girl (pretty funny and depressing), Whet Soba being drunkish literally all the time, Uendo Multiple Fragmentation, Khurain Whole "Defense Death Tyranny deal", The Monks Death ( yes a Monks dies how thats up to you, literally one of the Best twists in the game, Phoenix Almost dying seriously, the Whole thing with Dhurke and his family, the Buff "Family", Mr "Retinz" most hollow and obscure character in the games (not gonna spoil lets say its the manifestation of the sin of pride). I am not even gonna enter the original Trilogy you had Conme, Yakuza, Drifters, Kidnappings, more Corruption, Karma, the circus arc is sad, dark and deeper than expected, The Whole Thing with the Feys, Iney Miney, Larry (incel since 2002), Mr. ROBOTO White, Blackmail, literal deaths happening on screen. Lets not even get to Mias *ahem* Features *ahem*
