And for my case, Levels was the first song I ever heard in my oldest memory. I remember being in Paris waiting for my mother while I drunk coconut juice from a can in the car with my dad, he turned on the radio and I heard Avicii’s song. He was my first ever artist I heard in the radio and he was the one who made me listen to my first song on it and in my life. I miss him, and may he rest in peace. ( last song is I Could Be The One, one of my favorites.

I remember the day I started music. I already had an interest in it and wound up finding this small music making channel called “shady cicada”. I saw him make “Break the Cycle” in chrome music lab, and his remaster made me remember about soundation which was a program my school had used for music. In that same year I got fl studio for Christmas. Here I am almost 2 years later. The reason it was so nostalgic was because of how close to summer the event took place. The memories of just last year feel like forever ago.

Thanks Alex. I'd like to give you a feedback. If you explain more how you actually start with the "bass note" of the chords, it would benefit me and many other producers. We often see you start drawing the bass note, but how do you do that? Do you look for the chords of the song or you do that by ear? Thanks!
