Quick visual tutorial of how to sprout an avocado seed.
1. gently push 3 toothpicks into the seed to create arms to rest half out of water.
2. Place in a dish and fill until seed is half covered in water
3. Plant in soil once the seed roots. You can wait until you have growth if the weather isn't ready for planting (don't plant in late fall).
4. your tree will fruit in approx. 5 years from planting.
