Minsan binebenta pero lagi talagang nakakain namin. Baka sa susunod na punta namin, makakuha na namin kami ulit.

I have avocado everyday as a smoothie without sugar nor milk it regulates my triglyceride and cholesterol level. Now that it’s in season I would freeze a lot so that I can have it even it’s not in season. Highly recommended.
Dito sa Texas they sell avocado per piece, if Malaki nasa 150-200 pesos each, Ang pinaka maliit nila 25-30 pesos each, but people don’t mind the price kasi they use it for making sushi, salad, dippings like guacamole and salsa also toppings for Mexican dish like tacos or burrito. One time I showed my Spanish co workers how we Filipinos ate avocado by mixing milk sugar and ice they look at me like I’m weird by eating it😂.
