It's CINCO DE MAYO in 2 days...and this Avocado Salsa is MUST on ANY and Everything you decide to make. This bad boy is a show stopper at any party or get together or On a Taco Tuesday to show out for your family. IT'S AMAZING!!! Especially if you're an avocado lover. I hope you all love it as much as we do in our home.
INGREDIENTS-
-3 MED Avocados
-3 Serrano Peppers
-1/4 white onion
-handful of Cilantro
-1/4 tsp of Salt
-1/4 tsp of pepper
-1 Tablespoon of Chicken Bouillon
-1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
1/2 1 juice of a lime
-1/2 cp of milk
-1/2 cp of water
-SAVE 2 avocado seeds to add to final salsa(keeps it fresh longer)

Careful with how much milk as can dilute the flavor. I have tried sour cream which is also good and adds creaminess.

I love this! My grandma uses milk in hers too and she says its to keep the sauce creamy and helps give it that light creamy color. Super delicious!!

Sour cream is good and yes harder to blend but very tasty. But either way if you have a good eye for seasoning food, it will come out amazing. Which by the looks of it you know what you doing.😘

Tried this today.. it was delicious.. 😋😋 I was a bit doubtful too about adding milk.. but I give it a try adding milk and replaced cilantro with corriander and peppers with green chillies as these were the ingredients I had available.. thanks for the wonderful recipe 👏

Thank you used part of your recipe , I leave the cilantro for the end because I like the specks,I deseed the peppers and replace one serrano peppers with 2 jalapeno,for the water I add 1/2 cup chicken broth and 1/2 cup sour cream no milk.. I broil three tomatillos and half medium onion and one are two garlic clove the peppers until they start to char. Don't be afraid to experiment like adding a couple tomatillo's Good luck are cut back on some of the liquid ,to taste.

Thanks for the recipe, I roasted the serranos and onions and added cloves of garlic as well and it came out delicious!! I agree with the use of the milk since it did add the creamy texture you don't get with just water. As someone else said sour cream does work too!!

Darlene tra Yes it’s a lil bit spicier Thant the first video. Ultimately you can add as many peppers as you’d like. All depends on how spicy you want it!!! I’ve added up to 5 serranos if I want it spicier 😉 or less. All personal Preference. Let me know how you like it.

Sweet, I'm going to use the "Mexican" sour cream I picked up from Safeway instead of milk, because there's no way I'm blowing through a whole tub for 1 taco night. Zest your lime to make it have the real lime flavor! Just take the half and toss the zest right in, will amp up your lime by a lot.

I love this w Ribeye Steak 🙌🏽 it’s delicious. I hope you like it too. I promise the milk won’t change the flavor of the avocados or anything weird, it just helps to blend without loosing the creamy consistency. Let me know how it turned out.

I barley started cooking when I got my own apartment and been referring to recipes on youtube ! I made it and it came out PERFECT ! Wasn’t sure about the milk and chicken knorr but I trusted the process and it did NOT fail me !

Welcome!!! Not more than a week. Avocado is delicate. 3-4 days tops.

did you try instead of milk a sour cream?? I need to try if it would make taste better or worse.

Sour cream is already thick. I like to use something that can help smooth out the thickness of the avocado. Milk to me works best 👍🏼 regarding taste the milk doesn’t add any taste it’s just for consistency
