Im still doing this in the morning! I find this works great for morning warm ups. I use it often. Not only does it help my lower back but I find it helps my hips and sides just above my hips. Thanks again. 🙏✌

Well in the United States here the winter can be very mild in the southern states to extremely cold in places like Alaska,Main or the northwest/northeast states.Were i am ours can range from a mild winter to minus 20 degrees (F).I am currently studying both Silat and Mui Tai as both are true self defense arts which is my primary goal.I would love to come visit your country some day as i hear so many good things about it.

I will add these exercises to my morning training!! They feel very good!...today in Pittsburgh (USA) it is -4 Celsius. I will be wearing a heavy coat and hat 🙄
Very nice very similar to the Western boxing in which I used fight amateur. However the bending back exercise is very good for avoiding kicks. Thanks I will practice them all 🙏
