Not always the case,some have been given unimaginable propulsion by the land we are against it all depends with ones mentality....I know of a guy who bought 1 acre at 1.2M....5years later a tarmac road passed by and the place developed rapidly....price of a plot shot to 2M...He made 16 M just like that
This is why buying a piece of land never made sense for me. Why should you buy land and lets say for instance you decide to build rentals and of cos if its 50 by 100 you have lets say 7 rooms and every room gives you 2k or 2500, each month you're gonna get 14,000 or 17,500 why would i do that and ifb would give me that and its a fixed amount, no disturbance with the tenants for rent and no additional costs for water, electricity bill and some small repairs here and there and at the end of it all you gonna have all your money back.
